Conference Registration Fees

Special rate for Egyptian participants is 700-800

Your Full Conference Registration Includes:

ü       Conference documents.

ü        Admission to all conference sessions and poster sessions.

ü        Admission to the Reception

ü        Lunches Daily

ü        Student Registration receives the full registration package. To qualify for the student rate, a copy of student I.D. is required.

Cancellation

Full refunds of registration fees less than 20% will be made on written requests received prior to August 1 , 2009. Refunds less 30% on cancellations received between  August 1, 2009 and september 15, 2009. After this date refunds will not be possible. All refunds will be processed after the conference. Only cancellations in writing received at the conference secretariat will be considered. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, MAEPS reserves the right to change the date and venue of the conference or to cancel it.
