Submission
Authors from the Americas, European, Japan, China, and Australia
may submit to Editor in chief.
Author(s) from all other
countries may submit to co-editor in chief. Author will receive
prompt receipt of their paper.
Submit at first instance four good copies of the manuscript,
including Tables and Figures. To facilitate communication,
provide on a separate sheet the corresponding author’s complete
mailing address, telephone and fax numbers, and e-mail address.
After the review, submit three copies of the revision, including
the originals of Figures, and a computer file on 3.5" floppy
disc. The computer file must be in Windows format, preferably in
Microsoft Word version 6.

Editor may return unreviewed any manuscript that falls outside
the journal’s policy or scope. All other manuscripts will be
